Salary: £34,403 - £40,570 per annum | Full-time | 35 hours per week
The Role
The Development Operations Officer is a key member of the Development and Alumni Relations Office (DARO), providing the operational and data management support that underpins the Hall’s fundraising, alumni engagement and stewardship activities.
The role is responsible for managing and maintaining the Development and Alumni Relations System (DARS), ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data through effective database administration, imports, exports and reporting. The postholder will also support a range of development projects, identify and research prospective donors, manage stewardship reporting for major donors and assist with gift processing and reporting to support the Regular Giving Manager.

Requirements
- Organised and proactive individual
- Excellent database and IT skills
- Experience of managing sensitive data
- Good understanding of GDPR
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Advantageous but not essential:
- Experience of prospect research within the higher education or charity sector
