Some roles are about keeping things moving
This one is about making things better.
Clear is growing. We’re ambitious about where we’re going and that creates some interesting challenges around how we develop our people and build the capability we’ll need next.
We're looking for a Development Partner to parachute in, bring fresh eyes and get stuck into the challenges that matter.
You’ll work alongside our People Directors and leaders, get close to what’s really happening in the business and turn your expertise into practical solutions - from management development to the skills and capabilities we’ll need as the business evolves.
Think. Challenge. Build. Deliver.
Then hand it back stronger and move on to your next challenge.
This is a fixed-term role for someone who likes impact over tenure, variety over routine and getting things done over waiting for the perfect brief.
If you like ambitious businesses, meaningful challenges and the opportunity to make your mark, we’d love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
This isn't a traditional Learning & Development role.
You'll be focused on helping Clear build the capability that drives business performance, supports growth and prepares our people for what's next.
You'll:
- Take our management development proposition to the next level, helping define what great management looks like at Clear.
- Design and deliver practical development solutions that improve performance and build confidence.
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and turn them into meaningful development priorities.
- Shape how we develop future skills, including the impact of AI, automation and changing ways of working.
- Own and evolve key development programmes that support business growth.
- Use insight, feedback and data to ensure development activity creates measurable value.
- Improve how people access development through practical tools, resources and modern learning approaches.
- Support onboarding, induction and colleague integration as the business continues to grow.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
