Role Overview
You will be part of the Development and Partnerships team and provide a comprehensive secretarial and administrative support service to the team members.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for the Development and Partnerships team.
- Carry out diary management, the organisation of events and meetings.
- Prepare and format documents and presentations.
- Order supplies and ensure the working environment is safe and welcoming.
- Respond directly to queries and requests for information or refer to an appropriate manager.
- Be highly familiar with standard MS Office software to create and update documents to a high standard, including the creation of presentations, charts, graphs, and tables.

Working Hours
We are flexible as to how the 22.5 hours are worked across the week but require a proportion of time to cover Wednesday and Thursday, when the majority of the team are working. The role will mainly be office based due to the nature of the duties, with some opportunity to work remotely.
