Provisional date(s): 03-08-2026 To 11-09-2026

Closes: 28-07-2026

NOW HIRING: VIC ROYE TALENT

ROLE: DEVELOPMENT PRODUCER (FORMATS)

Global Production Company

DEVELOPMENT – FORMATS

START: ASAP – 6 WEEK CONTRACT

CENTRAL LONDON (OFFICE-BASED)

The Role

A global production company is looking for an experienced Development Producer to join its Formats team for an initial six-week contract, starting ASAP.

This role is all about taking a top-line idea and turning it into a fully realised format. We're looking for someone who can spot the potential in an idea, flesh it out into something with real scale and originality, and shape it into a compelling pitch for the UK and international market.

Working across a busy development slate, you'll be involved from the earliest stages of idea generation through to format creation, pitch preparation and playtesting, helping to develop entertainment and factual entertainment formats with global potential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
