Development Project Manager | Client Side | East Anglia
Fancy building your career in a role that offers genuine responsibility, variety, and the opportunity to enjoy everything that comes with living outside London?
I'm currently working on behalf of a well-established private property business that is looking to appoint a Development Project Manager to join its growing property team in East Anglia.
This could be a particularly exciting opportunity for someone currently based in London or the South East who is considering a move to a different environment, without compromising on the quality, variety, or scope of their career.
East Anglia offers an excellent lifestyle, with beautiful countryside and coastline, thriving market towns, and easy access back into London when needed. More importantly, this is a genuinely interesting client-side role offering exposure across the full development lifecycle and the opportunity to work closely with senior decision-makers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
