Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. This role supports marketing and sales campaigns by assisting with planning and execution of field marketing activities, including brand representation at events and customer-facing initiatives. Responsibilities include:

- Preparing campaign materials
- Collecting and organizing customer data
- Tracking performance metrics to support reporting and optimization
- Coordinating with senior team members

Qualifications
- Foundational marketing skills, such as basic knowledge of digital and field marketing concepts, campaign support, and customer acquisition principles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to engage confidently with customers and team members
- Organizational and analytical skills, such as attention to detail, ability to track campaign performance, manage documentation, and use basic data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM systems)
- Collaboration and professionalism skills, including the ability to work in a team, follow structured processes, uphold integrity and compliance standards, and represent brands consistently
- Adaptability and learning orientation, with willingness to receive training, learn new marketing techniques, and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Relevant qualifications include a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Prior experience in entry-level marketing, sales support, retail, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory
- Comfort working on-site in the London Area and flexibility to attend events or field activities as required is important
