Fitabeo Therapeutics
Fitabeo Therapeutics is a clinical-stage specialty pharmaceutical company that develops and commercialises innovative medicines focusing on indications where existing treatments are inadequate for the target population to provide better health outcomes. It deploys innovative technologies to develop medicines that are expected to enable decentralised patient care and provide significant healthcare savings.
Our company culture is a progressive one based on respect for diverse opinions. Our values include Enablement, Autonomy, Superpower, Experiment, and Audacity. We look up to each of our employees to embody our values and play a prominent role in building the culture.
We are looking for someone with a track record of finding unique and compelling ways to develop medicines to deliver superior health outcomes. Are you enthusiastic about being part of a business that is driven by a strong purpose? Are you a people person with a natural ability to think differently? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
Purpose Statement
At Fitabeo Therapeutics, we challenge the status quo in terms of pharmaceuticals, as healthcare costs across the world are expected to grow exponentially due to the growing elderly population and a growing number of invasive treatments. We are driven by the fact that healthcare is delivered more efficiently and at reasonable costs if the medicines are administered through non-invasive routes, resulting in decentralised healthcare and providing patients with autonomy.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
