Suitable Candidates
- A Senior Development Surveyor, Development Surveyor, Property Development Surveyor, or Development Manager with strong commercial property development experience
- Someone who understands the full development lifecycle and is comfortable taking ownership of schemes
- A commercially astute surveyor with strong financial understanding and the ability to assess and maximize development opportunities
- Someone who enjoys working across multiple disciplines and getting projects moving
- Perhaps you're currently working for a large corporate, developer, or consultancy and are increasingly frustrated by bureaucracy, slow decision-making, or a lack of ability to invest and progress schemes
- A surveyor with an entrepreneurial, proactive, and commercially minded approach who wants to see the results of their work

Location
This Senior Development Surveyor role is based near Derby / Nottingham / East Midlands with hybrid working. Easily commutable from Derby, Nottingham, Uttoxeter, Burton-on-Trent, Chesterfield, Leicester, and surrounding areas.
