As an Early Intervention Specialist, you'll work with infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) and their caregivers to support developmental growth through family-centered, evidence-based practices.

Schedule: Full-Time (30+ Hours) and Part-Time Available
Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4 pm
Responsibilities:
- Conduct developmental assessments and evaluations
- Partner with families to develop and implement IFSP goals
- Provide home, community, and group-based Early Intervention services
- Coach and empower caregivers to support their child's development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with EI standards
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 300 hours working with children under the age of 5.
- Flexibility in scheduling is required, including occasional evenings.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other required documentation software.
- CPR/First Aid Certified (or ability to obtain certification within designated timeframe).
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working with infants, toddlers, and families
- Knowledge of family-centered and coaching-based practices
- Home or community-based service experience
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
Working Environment
This position is community-based and requires travel to homes and community settings. Candidates must be comfortable working in a variety of environments and utilizing technology for documentation and communication.
