We're looking for a DevOps Azure Engineer to join our team in the United Kingdom in a remote working mode.

In this role, you will design, build, and automate a highly available Azure-based platform using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and CI/CD best practices. You will work as part of a DevOps team focused on secure, repeatable, and scalable processes for the Digital Intelligence & Fraud Platform. This position requires strong collaboration skills and flexibility to adjust working hours slightly to align with a US-based team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Azure-native infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring scalability and high availability
  • Develop reusable IaC modules for compute, networking, storage, security, and monitoring components
  • Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployments
  • Script and automate infrastructure operations using Bash and PowerShell
  • Enable end-to-end lifecycle automation, including provisioning, scaling, upgrades, and teardown
  • Collaborate with architecture, security, and application teams to enforce cloud standards and compliance
  • Improve platform reliability, observability, and security-by-design through continuous automation
  • Support operational stability and troubleshoot issues across environments

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
