About ISPX

ISPX builds software that powers modern broadband networks.
Our mission is to replace decades old infrastructure with platforms that are simpler, more reliable, and built for today's networks. We solve complex engineering problems at scale, helping service providers automate operations, improve reliability, and deliver better customer experiences.
We're an engineering led company where small teams move quickly, own what they build, and value quality over process.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to help build and operate the platforms that power our products.
You'll work alongside software engineers to design, automate, and continuously improve the systems that deliver our software to customers around the world. From deployment automation and production operations to scalability, security, and observability, you'll help shape how our products are built and operated.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving difficult infrastructure problems, eliminating repetitive work through automation, and building reliable systems that scale.

What You Will Do

  • Design and improve highly automated deployment pipelines.
  • Build and maintain resilient production platforms.
  • Automate infrastructure and operational processes.
  • Improve reliability, scalability, and system performance.
  • Develop monitoring, alerting, and operational tooling.
  • Work closely with software engineers to streamline development workflows.
  • Contribute to security, resilience, and disaster recovery practices.
  • Investigate production issues and drive long term improvements rather than short term fixes.
  • Help define engineering standards and operational best practices.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
