About The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated DevOps Engineer to join Solirius Reply’s Software Engineering Practice. In this role, you will work closely with the team to build and enhance the company's DevOps capabilities, supporting the deployment, automation, and maintenance of scalable, highly available services. You will engage with clients to understand their requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement solutions that optimize the development and operational processes. Your expertise will help automate the release pipeline, improve system performance, and ensure smooth continuous integration and delivery workflows across cloud environments, primarily focusing on Azure. The role offers exposure to diverse projects, allowing you to leverage your technical skills and contribute to innovative solutions that have tangible impacts.

Qualifications

  • Substantial experience in DevOps practices and principles
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud platform
  • Exposure to AWS and GCP cloud environments is advantageous
  • Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or similar
  • Experience with continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines
  • Strong coding skills, with experience in scripting and automation
  • Familiarity with Agile/Lean methodologies
  • Azure certification is desirable
  • Experience working in government or public sector projects is beneficial
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Understanding client requirements by liaising with stakeholders and project managers
  • Designing and implementing solutions to deploy and maintain scalable, highly available services and applications
  • Managing and enhancing continuous delivery systems and methodologies across cloud platforms, primarily Azure
  • Providing feedback to development teams on platform performance and stability
  • Advising developers on system usage, configuration, and best practices for CI/CD pipelines
  • Automating development, testing, and deployment processes to improve efficiency
  • Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements
  • Advocating DevOps principles, practices, and cultural philosophy within teams
  • Staying updated with emerging technologies and integrating them into existing workflows
