We're partnering with an exciting and rapidly growing FinTech scale-up that's looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join its expanding engineering team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of growth, where you'll play a key role in building and scaling cloud infrastructure, improving automation, and strengthening the security of the platform.
The Role
- Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure AWS cloud infrastructure
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
- Manage AWS networking, identity, and access controls
- Provision and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles
- Monitor and improve platform security, reliability, performance, and resilience
- Support and optimise MongoDB environments

What You'll Need
- Proven commercial experience in a DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering role
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including services such as EC2 and Lambda
- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Exposure to Kubernetes and Docker environments
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
- Knowledge of integrating platforms with security tooling such as SIEM and DLP solutions
