🚨 Hiring: Azure/DevOps Engineer | Leeds, UK
📍 Location: Leeds, UK
💼 Experience: Strong hands-on Azure/DevOps experience
📅 Contract: 6 Months
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid – Leeds
⏱️ Joining: Immediate
We are looking for a hands-on Azure/DevOps Engineer who can work at a detailed technical level — from Low Level Design (LLD) through to the actual Azure build and implementation. This is not an architecture/governance-focused role. You should be comfortable designing solutions in detail and then getting hands-on with the build.
🔑 Key Skills
- Strong hands-on Microsoft Azure engineering
- Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
- Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
- Azure Front Door, ideally Premium
- Azure Container Apps
- Strong Azure networking knowledge:
- VNets & Subnets
- Routing
- Ingress / Egress
- Firewall integration
- Private connectivity
- Azure Firewall and secure network design
- Managed Identities, Key Vault & RBAC
- Secrets and certificate management
- Azure SQL connectivity and platform integration
- Azure-native monitoring & observability
- Resilience, failover, high availability and recovery

📌 Key Responsibilities
- Create and contribute to detailed Low Level Designs (LLDs).
- Translate HLDs into technical work packages and implementation tasks.
- Design and build Azure infrastructure using Terraform/IaC.
- Develop and support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Define build sequences, dependencies, and implementation estimates.
- Implement secure, resilient, and highly available Azure solutions.
- Troubleshoot and support production Azure environments.
- Work across networking, security, platform, and application components to deliver end-to-end solutions.
