About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic technology team. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development is required. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# is essential, along with experience in web frameworks and cloud technologies. Strong understanding of database management systems, RESTful API development, and Agile methodologies is also necessary. Excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are highly valued. Certifications related to cloud platforms or specific development tools are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement scalable software solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project specifications and deliverables.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify and troubleshoot software defects, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.
- Assist in the deployment and integration of software applications into production environments.
