We’re building an ambitious AI design startup in London, working at the intersection of LLMs, AI and next-generation product design.
Our team is growing quickly, bringing together highly capable people from Oxford, Cambridge and leading technology backgrounds. We’re now looking for a DevOps Engineer who wants to play a key role in building the infrastructure that powers the next stage of the company.
The role
As a DevOps Engineer, you’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to build, automate and scale our infrastructure. You’ll have genuine ownership and the opportunity to shape how we deploy, monitor and operate AI-driven products at scale.

- Designing and maintaining reliable, scalable cloud infrastructure
- Building and improving CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Automating infrastructure and engineering workflows
- Supporting highly available production environments
- Monitoring performance, reliability and security
- Working closely with engineers to improve developer experience
- Helping establish robust infrastructure practices as the company scales
- Working with modern infrastructure and tooling across an AI/LLM-focused technology stack
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical fundamentals with a pragmatic, ownership-driven mindset.
You’ll ideally have experience with:
- 2+ years of professional DevOps / Infrastructure / Cloud Engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Strong Python programming skills
- Strong AWS experience and understanding of core AWS services
- Solid understanding of Linux, networking and cloud infrastructure
- Experience with CI/CD and infrastructure automation
- Experience with containers and modern deployment practices
- Strong understanding of monitoring, observability and production systems
- A proactive, ownership-driven approach to engineering
