About The Role
Next Technology, in partnership with Hackajob Ltd, is seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CI/CD pipeline development, cloud computing, and containerization technologies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with innovative teams on cutting-edge projects within the tech domain. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable DevOps solutions that enhance deployment efficiency and operational stability. The position requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with developers, operations, and product teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a focus on CI/CD pipeline development.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Strong expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
- Solid understanding of scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools to ensure system health and performance.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment processes.
- Managing cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability.
- Implementing containerization strategies using Docker and Kubernetes to facilitate efficient application deployment and management.
- Collaborating with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software development lifecycle.
- Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal operation.
- Automating routine operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Implementing security best practices within cloud and container environments.
- Documenting processes, configurations, and procedures to maintain a knowledge base for the team.
