About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Hackajob Ltd. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and enhancing our platform, ensuring it remains at the forefront of innovation in the recruitment technology space. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions that improve user experience and operational efficiency. Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a strong technical background with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development. Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, or Java is essential, along with a solid understanding of modern frameworks and development practices. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure, as well as familiarity with RESTful APIs, database management, and version control systems such as Git, is highly desirable. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions that support Hackajob’s platform.
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participating in code reviews.
- Implementing best practices for software development.
- Collaborating with product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Testing and debugging applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
- Contributing to the innovation and improvement of our platform.
- Mentoring junior team members.
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive team environment.
