Job Description
Years of Experience: 3-6 Years
Note-Please do not apply if you have more than 6 years of experience.
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to improve developer productivity, software delivery and CI/CD processes. You will work closely with development, security and platform teams to build reliable, secure and efficient tools and environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Improve developer workflows and local development environments
- Support development, test and production environments
- Investigate and resolve build and deployment issues
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve engineering efficiency
- Improve the security, performance and cost of build and deployment systems
- Support software packaging using Docker and NuGet
- Manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
- Support the migration of build and deployment tools
- Help create a scalable and reliable release process
- Work with security teams to ensure DevOps practices meet company standards

Requirements
- Experience as a DevOps, Platform, Build or Developer Experience Engineer
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools
- Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and Azure Pipelines
- Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools
- Strong PowerShell and/or Bash scripting skills
- Knowledge of at least one programming language, preferably C#
- Experience with Docker and software packaging
- Experience supporting tool or platform migrations
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Passion for improving developer experience and productivity
