About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with a focus on Cyber Security to join a dynamic and innovative team on a fully remote basis. This role offers the opportunity to work with industry-leading clients, including large blue-chip companies such as BT, Zoom, and Microsoft, providing critical infrastructure solutions within highly regulated and security-sensitive environments. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, automated deployment pipelines, ensuring the resilience and security of complex systems. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in DevOps and cyber security or DevSecOps, looking to advance their careers within a forward-thinking organization that values technical excellence and continuous learning.

- Proven experience in DevOps practices within a cyber security or highly regulated industry
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Professional experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, with relevant certifications preferred
- Solid understanding of security best practices, compliance standards, and infrastructure security
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining automated pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications in a secure environment
- Setting up and managing monitoring solutions to ensure system health, performance, and security across all deployed applications and infrastructure
- Implementing security best practices throughout the deployment lifecycle to safeguard systems against threats and vulnerabilities
- Ensuring all systems and processes comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborating with development and security teams to integrate security measures into DevOps workflows
- Participating in regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and incident response activities
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members to foster a security-first approach in all operations
