Initial contract until 18 December 2026, with a view to extending into the new year
Build the platform. Own the infrastructure. Help take it into production.
We’re looking for an experienced Azure DevOps / Platform Engineer to take hands-on ownership of a production Azure platform, covering infrastructure, networking, security, automation and deployment pipelines.
This is an opportunity to shape how the platform is built and operated. You’ll work in a highly automated environment where infrastructure, platform services and application releases are delivered entirely through code.
What you’ll be doing
- Building and operating secure, resilient Azure infrastructure, with AKS at its core.
- Developing reusable Bicep modules and managing infrastructure through code.
- Creating automated build, test and release pipelines using GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions.
- Managing environment promotion through Dev, Test, UAT and Production, including infrastructure deployment and drift management.
- Implementing networking, private connectivity, identity, access controls and secrets management.
- Delivering multi-node, multi-zone deployments for high availability.
- Establishing monitoring and application insights to support reliable production operations.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
