DevOps Engineer
Up to £120,000
London (4-5 days a week in office)
This is an opportunity for a DevOps Engineer to work at the intersection of infrastructure engineering and AI technology within a high-performance environment. You will play a key role in building and scaling modern infrastructure platforms, with a particular focus on Kubernetes and on-premise environments that support business-critical workloads.

THE ROLE
As a DevOps Engineer you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting infrastructure and deployment platforms across predominantly on-premise environments.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Building and supporting Kubernetes platforms and containerised workloads
- Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Automating infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code using Puppet or Terraform
- Managing Linux environments, including security, patching, performance, and systems administration
- Creating automation solutions using Bash, Python, or PowerShell
- Supporting software delivery, release management, and source control processes
- Working closely with infrastructure, platform engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Contributing to projects involving AI and high-performance infrastructure environments
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful DevOps Engineer will have the following skills and experience:
- Strong commercial experience within DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering
- Hands-on Kubernetes experience, including deployment and administration
- Proven experience working within on-premise infrastructure environments
- Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Puppet or Terraform
- CI/CD experience using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar technologies
- Scripting experience with Bash, Python, or PowerShell
- Experience using Git-based source control tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working within Financial Services, Trading Technology or other regulated environments
