Contract Opportunity

We have an exciting Contract opportunity with a leading global investment bank for a Senior Lead Software Engineer (DevOps / Integration Specialist) within the Commercial & Investment Banking – Equities Electronic Trading team.

Location: Hybrid (details to be discussed)

Contract Rate: Up to £580/day (Inside IR35, depending on experience)

  • Strong experience in Commercial & Investment Banking – Equities Electronic Trading.
  • Candidates must have hands-on Electronic Trading experience.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong Unix Shell Scripting, Python, and Java.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, automation, integration testing, and release management.
  • Hands-on experience creating and automating test frameworks and test strategies.
  • Production support and environment management.
  • Cloud-native experience.
  • Experience integrating with front-office, middle-office, and back-office trading systems.
