Want to work at the heart of a global quantitative trading firm, building cutting-edge infrastructure and platforms used by exceptional engineers and computer scientists? 🌍
My client is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join their growing technology team, enabling feature delivery across the business and engineering teams while supporting large-scale Kubernetes environments and collaborating closely with the Platform team. This is a hands-on opportunity to work on challenging infrastructure problems within a highly technical, collaborative environment.

- Support and develop Kubernetes infrastructure and clusters
- Build and maintain robust DevOps and automation solutions
- Develop and enhance tooling using Python
- Enable efficient feature delivery across engineering and business teams
- Work closely with the Platforms team on private and public multi-tenant cloud initiatives
- Support and improve streaming and distributed systems
- Strengthen platform monitoring, reliability, and observability
- Contribute to infrastructure improvements across a highly technical environment
Desired Skills:
- 5+ years of DevOps experience
- Strong Python development and scripting skills
- Strong hands-on Kubernetes / K8s experience
- Experience working with streaming technologies
- Experience with monitoring and observability
- Strong understanding of modern infrastructure and cloud environments
- A genuine passion for technology, automation, and engineering
- Nice to have: Experience implementing or working with server hardware
- Nice to have: Previous experience within a quant fund, buy-side firm, or tech-focused
