DevOps Engineer
Location: London, Bristol, Leeds, and Sheffield – Hybrid, 3 Days per Week Onsite
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Rate: £545 per day inside IR35
Are you an experienced DevOps / DevSecOps Engineer with strong expertise in secure CI/CD pipelines and software security, ideally with experience within the banking or financial services sector?
We’re looking for DevOps Engineers to support secure software delivery, with a strong focus on pipeline security, automated security testing, policy enforcement and security controls within a banking/financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines
- Implement SAST, DAST and dependency scanning
- Implement Policy as Code, security gates and pipeline controls
- Embed security across the software development lifecycle
- Work with development, security and infrastructure teams to resolve security issues
- Support continuous improvement of DevSecOps and secure software delivery
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong DevOps / DevSecOps experience, ideally within banking or financial services
- Secure CI/CD pipeline experience
- SAST, DAST and dependency scanning
- Policy as Code
- Security gates and automated pipeline controls
- Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative approach
