We are seeking a DevOps CI/CD Specialist with hands-on experience to automate, optimize, and manage our client core infrastructure deployment workflows. This role focuses on accelerating engineering velocity while maintaining strict operational resilience. You will serve as the team’s automation champion, driving modern AI-assisted coding practices and ensuring seamless application delivery across multi-environment pipelines.

Core Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Automation: Design, review, and maintain robust Ansible playbooks and Terraform configurations to automate routine server provisioning, lifecycle workflows, and configuration management.
  • Pipeline Engineering: Build and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD) to ensure high availability, zero-downtime deployments, and rapid incident resolution.
  • AI-Assisted Development: Lead the team’s adoption of GitHub Copilot, utilizing advanced prompt engineering to enhance code quality, catch errors early, and accelerate scripting productivity.

  • Experience: 5–7 years of dedicated experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) roles.
  • Configuration Management: Deep, current proficiency with Ansible (writing structured roles, tasks, and playbook automation).
  • Version Control & CI/CD: Expert-level knowledge of Git paired with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.
  • AI Tooling: Hands-on experience integrating GitHub Copilot into daily development or code-review workflows.
  • Environments: Strong foundational knowledge of Linux/Windows Server administration and enterprise cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
