About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with a focus on Cyber Security to join a dynamic and innovative team. This fully remote position offers an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within a globally recognized leader in the cyber security industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, automated infrastructure and deployment pipelines, ensuring the integrity and security of vital systems used by major clients such as BT, Zoom, and Microsoft. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop resilient infrastructure, implement security best practices, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Occasional travel to Woking for monthly meetings is required, providing opportunities for face-to-face collaboration and strategic planning. This position is ideal for professionals seeking a challenging, impactful role in cyber security, with the flexibility of remote work and continuous professional development.

Qualifications
- Strong background in DevOps practices
- Proven experience in deploying and managing secure infrastructure
- Essential qualifications include AWS certification, demonstrating expertise in cloud architecture and security
- Solid understanding of automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring solutions
- Experience working within highly regulated environments or cyber security sectors is highly desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- A proactive attitude towards learning and professional growth will be highly valued
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated pipelines for building, testing, and deploying applications, ensuring efficiency and security
- Implement and manage monitoring solutions across DevOps environments and application software to ensure system health and performance
- Apply security best practices throughout infrastructure and deployment processes, ensuring systems meet all compliance and security standards
- Collaborate with development and security teams to identify vulnerabilities and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and procedures for compliance and knowledge sharing
- Participate in regular reviews and updates of infrastructure to adapt to evolving security threats and technological advancements
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployment and infrastructure issues as needed
- Travel to Woking once a month for strategic meetings and team collaboration
