What you’ll do:

  • Architect technology solutions to exceed business expectations through DevOps best practices, processes, and tools.
  • Engage with IT Leaders and executives across multiple projects to help them achieve their goals.
  • Lead Responsible for development, quality assurance, and infrastructure team members to build effective continuous integration / continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Develop and deliver IT Ops-minded solutions that improve service stability and reliability.
  • Implement best practices for build and deployment across several technologies (Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise).
  • Drive the team’s triaging capability by taking on challenging problems not understood by front-line support teams.
  • Relentless automation of every aspect of the development, build & deployment process.

Qualifications

Skills and experiences:

  • Experience architecting solutions aligned with DevOps best practices in the Microsoft Ecosystem and Azure Cloud.
  • Experience leading technical teams in an Agile setting, utilizing various Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
  • Proficiency in using DevOps tool chains (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.) and version control best practices.
  • Automation of software and/or infrastructure deployments at scale using microservices, containerization (AKS, Docker, etc), and cloud-based architectures.
  • Knowledge of automated code scanning and security testing throughout the software development lifecycle (SCA, SAST, DAST, etc.), implementing IT security best practices (e.g., Azure Key Vault, Azure Active Directory).
  • Expertise and experience working with AI to accelerate client delivery – GitHub Copilot and/or Claude preferred
  • Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400)
