DevOps Engineer

Location: Edinburgh, UK
Work Mode: Hybrid

Role Overview

We are looking for DevOps Engineers to join the engineering team supporting a strategic API Marketplace and cloud platform.

The role involves working across cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, monitoring, and platform engineering, helping build and operate secure, scalable, and reliable services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure, primarily using GCP.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
  • Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  • Support and operate Kubernetes/containerised workloads.
  • Automate infrastructure and operational processes to reduce manual effort.
  • Support platform upgrades, configuration changes, and service onboarding.
  • Monitor system performance, logging, alerting, and platform health.
  • Investigate incidents and contribute to root-cause analysis.
  • Support security, reliability, availability, and operational improvements.
  • Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
  • Work closely with developers, architects, security, and platform teams in an Agile environment.
