DevOps Engineer
Location: Edinburgh, UK
Work Mode: Hybrid
Role Overview
We are looking for DevOps Engineers to join the engineering team supporting a strategic API Marketplace and cloud platform.
The role involves working across cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, monitoring, and platform engineering, helping build and operate secure, scalable, and reliable services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure, primarily using GCP.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Support and operate Kubernetes/containerised workloads.
- Automate infrastructure and operational processes to reduce manual effort.
- Support platform upgrades, configuration changes, and service onboarding.
- Monitor system performance, logging, alerting, and platform health.
- Investigate incidents and contribute to root-cause analysis.
- Support security, reliability, availability, and operational improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
- Work closely with developers, architects, security, and platform teams in an Agile environment.
