🚀 We're Hiring: AWS DevOps Engineer | SC & NPPV3 Cleared | Hybrid - Croydon
Are you a passionate AWS DevOps Engineer looking to make an impact on critical public sector projects?
At Mastek UK, we're seeking a highly skilled DevOps professional with strong AWS infrastructure, automation, and cloud engineering expertise to join our growing team.
📍 Location: Hybrid (1-2 days per week in Croydon)
🔐 Security Clearance: Active SC & NPPV3 Clearance Required
What You'll Be Doing
- ✅ Managing and optimizing AWS cloud infrastructure
- ✅ Deploying and supporting AWS WorkSpaces environments
- ✅ Automating infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles
- ✅ Managing Active Directory and AWS Directory Services
- ✅ Building and supporting containerized applications using Docker & AWS ECS
- ✅ Driving automation through Python, Bash, or Ansible
- ✅ Implementing security best practices and remediation activities
- ✅ Providing L3 support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure maintenance

What We're Looking For
- ✔️ 8+ years of AWS Cloud/DevOps experience
- ✔️ Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, Docker, and ECS
- ✔️ Active Directory and AWS IAM expertise
- ✔️ Security tooling experience (AWS Inspector, Nessus)
- ✔️ Scripting and automation skills (Python, Bash, Ansible)
- ✔️ Networking, VPN, and firewall knowledge
- ✔️ Experience working in secure or regulated environments
Bonus Skills
- ⭐ Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack
- ⭐ DevSecOps practices
- ⭐ Jira & Confluence
- ⭐ UK Public Sector experience
