About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with a focus on Cyber Security to join a forward-thinking organization operating fully remotely. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team on cutting-edge projects that have a significant impact on cybersecurity infrastructure. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated pipelines, ensuring the security and compliance of systems, and supporting the deployment of complex applications. The position provides a chance to contribute to industry-leading solutions for high-profile clients such as BT, Zoom, and Microsoft, and to develop expertise within the cyber security domain.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in DevOps engineering within cyber security or highly regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly AWS
- AWS Certification or equivalent cloud qualification is highly desirable
- Experience in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated build, test, and deployment pipelines to streamline application delivery
- Implement and manage monitoring solutions to ensure system performance, availability, and security
- Apply security best practices across infrastructure and deployment processes, ensuring systems meet industry compliance standards
- Collaborate with development and security teams to integrate security measures into DevOps workflows
- Maintain and improve infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Participate in incident response and troubleshooting to resolve system issues promptly
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in DevOps and cybersecurity technologies
- Occasional travel to Woking (once a month) for team meetings and strategic planning sessions
