Job Summary
We are seeking a DevOps / CI/CD Specialist with 5–7 years of experience in DevOps automation, CI/CD, source control, and infrastructure automation. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Ansible, Git, and GitHub Copilot, with experience designing and optimizing automated deployment and infrastructure management processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain DevOps automation and CI/CD solutions.
- Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment.
- Manage source code, configuration files, and automation scripts using Git/GitHub.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot to improve coding productivity, automation scripting, and development efficiency.
- Collaborate with development, operations, QA, and infrastructure teams to build reliable and scalable CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor automation workflows and infrastructure performance and troubleshoot deployment or scripting issues.
- Implement security, compliance, and DevOps best practices across automation and source control processes.
- Review automation code and provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
- Document automation workflows, configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

- 5–7 years of relevant DevOps / CI/CD experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ansible and Ansible Playbooks.
- Strong proficiency in Git and source code management.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development/automation.
- Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong scripting and automation skills.
- Good understanding of infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
