Luxoft is currently supporting a leading financial services organisation to enable atomic processing of swap packages within a highly regulated, low-latency clearing environment. This is a highly visible project focused on resilience, automation, security, and operational excellence. The platform is initially on-premise with a strategic roadmap towards AWS cloud adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain and optimise CI/CD pipelines to support secure and automated software delivery
  • Deploy and manage applications within Docker and Kubernetes environments
  • Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities across infrastructure, applications and delivery pipelines
  • Implement monitoring, logging, observability and disaster recovery capabilities
  • Manage secrets, privileged access and artifact repositories
  • Support infrastructure hardening, platform modernisation and cloud migration initiatives

Required Experience

  • Expert-level administration of Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
  • Strong Linux/Unix troubleshooting and operational support background
  • Strong Python and Bash scripting skills
  • Experience automating infrastructure, deployments and operational processes
  • Proven experience with GitLab, Jenkins, Git and Ansible
  • Strong CI/CD design, implementation and troubleshooting experience

Desirable Experience

  • AWS cloud and cloud migration programmes
  • Docker and Kubernetes
  • DevSecOps practices and security-focused engineering
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • HashiCorp Vault or enterprise secrets management platforms
  • Artifactory and/or Nexus
  • DataDog or similar monitoring and observability platforms
  • Oracle or relational database support experience
  • Networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, Firewalls and TLS/SSL
  • Industry experience within Capital Markets or other financial services
