Kubernetes at Scale | Infrastructure Ownership | High-Impact Engineering Environment
We are partnered with an exciting and forward-thinking technology business that is continuing to invest heavily in its engineering capabilities. They are looking for an experienced DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer who wants genuine technical ownership and the opportunity to work on infrastructure that directly supports critical production services.
This is not a traditional DevOps position focused on maintaining legacy environments or simply working through tickets. You'll be given the freedom to build, automate, optimize, and improve production infrastructure, working on technically challenging problems where reliability, scalability, and performance are genuinely important.
You'll take ownership of production Kubernetes environments, developing and scaling platforms while driving improvements across automation, resilience, and observability. You'll also work heavily with Terraform, Ansible, and Linux, helping create highly automated and reliable infrastructure across physical and virtual environments.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
