DevOps & Integrations Engineer
Build the platforms that power a greener future
At enfinium, technology plays a crucial role in helping us deliver sustainable energy for hundreds of thousands of homes across the UK.
We're looking for a DevOps & Integrations Engineer to help transform how we build, automate, secure and operate our technology platforms. This is an opportunity to join a growing team where you'll have the freedom to modernise processes, introduce innovative solutions, and shape the future of our cloud and integration landscape.
Whether you're passionate about automation, infrastructure as code, cloud engineering, integrations, or DevSecOps, this role will give you the chance to make a real impact across the organisation.
If you enjoy solving complex challenges, eliminating manual processes, and building scalable solutions that people depend on every day, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be at the heart of our Technology team, driving automation and enabling the reliable delivery of business-critical services.
Build and Automate
- You'll design and develop automated delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, helping our teams deploy software and infrastructure faster, safer and more consistently.
- Using Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform and Bicep, you'll create repeatable, scalable environments while developing automation solutions in PowerShell, Python and Bash that remove manual effort and improve efficiency.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
