About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team at MBR Partners. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between our clients and technical teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial services or technology sectors, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex processes. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate effective project execution by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring solutions align with client objectives and industry standards. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a similar role within the financial services or technology sectors is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation tools. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies is advantageous. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and industry standards.
Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst at MBR Partners, your key responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing client business processes to identify areas for improvement
- Documenting detailed business requirements
- Translating these into technical specifications for development teams
- Facilitating workshops and meetings to gather input from stakeholders, ensuring all perspectives are considered
- Collaborating closely with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams
- Supporting the design and implementation of solutions that meet client needs
- Conducting user acceptance testing
- Providing training
- Supporting change management initiatives
- Monitoring project progress
- Managing scope
- Communicating updates to stakeholders
