Job Title: DevSecOps & Governance Architect
Location: London (Remote Travel)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Start/End Date: 12-Oct-26 to 12-Apr-27
Rate: PAYE - £500 day (Basic) and UMB - £650/day (Inside IR35)
Must have SC Clearance
Technical skills
- Enterprise DevSecOps and platform architecture.
- Secure software-supply-chain design: SCA, vulnerability scanning, secrets detection, licence controls, SBOMs, signing and provenance.
- CI/CD, artefact repositories, containers, runtime provisioning and enterprise integrations.
- Identity, SSO, RBAC, logging and auditable control design.
- Policy-as-code and automated security enforcement.
- Knowledge of DSPT/CAF-style assurance and governance requirements.

Key responsibilities
- Define the target and transitional platform architectures.
- Assess vendor solutions and deployment options.
- Establish approved, controlled and unsupported usage patterns.
- Design governance, exception handling and risk-acceptance mechanisms.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and security obligations.
- Create reusable reference patterns that can scale across domains.
