Senior DevSecOps / AWS Lead
We’re looking for an experienced Senior DevSecOps / AWS Lead to take technical ownership across cloud platforms and a major public sector programme.
This is a senior, hands-on role combining technical leadership with engineering. You’ll set technical direction, lead and mentor a small team, and help shape secure, scalable AWS environments and DevSecOps practices.
Key experience:
- Strong AWS engineering and architecture experience
- DevSecOps and secure-by-design principles
- Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- CI/CD pipelines and automation
- AWS security, IAM and networking
- Security tooling and vulnerability management
- Kubernetes / EKS / ECS
- Leading and mentoring engineers
- Experience within government, financial services or regulated environments

- Government security standards / NCSC principles
- ForgeRock, Okta, Auth0, Ping Identity or wider IAM experience
- AWS landing zones

Salary:
Circa £90,000+, with flexibility for the right candidate
Location:
Flexible UK location
Working pattern:
Hybrid, approximately 2–3 days per week in an office
Employment:
Permanent
