DevSecOps/ Test Automation Architect – Financial Services

Strong on engineering, DevSecOps and test automation? Join a financial services organisation and help build the capability to deliver software faster, more securely and reliably.

This is a hands-on opportunity to establish a test automation function, work across legacy and modern platforms, and bring greater consistency to engineering and security practices.

👇 What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement a test automation strategy
  • Build automation capability to improve delivery speed and reliability
  • Embed security into application development and address vulnerabilities
  • Unify engineering and security frameworks across business divisions
  • Support platform modernisation and decommissioning

👀 What we're looking for:

  • Financial services experience is essential
  • A strong hands-on engineering/ DevSecOps background
  • Deep test automation expertise, including building automation functions
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering and secure development practices
  • Experience across complex, regulated environments
  • Understanding of data management and exposure to AI and emerging technologies
