Nurse Educator Role
Train healthcare professionals and people living with diabetes on a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system. This will be one-to-one and in groups.
- Teach patients and carers how to use the CGM system and its apps. Help them feel confident in managing their own care.
- Give technical support and advice to the NHS and patients, on site and remotely. Help fix any problems with the CGM system.
- Build good relationships with nurses, GPs, endocrinologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Support the sales team with clinical knowledge when they speak with customers.
- Keep accurate training records in the CRM system. Collect feedback to improve the training.

- You are a current or previously UK Registered Nurse (RN).
- You have worked as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse or in a similar role. A specialist diabetes qualification or lots of diabetes experience is also useful.
- You have trained healthcare professionals and patients, in groups and one to one.
- You understand diabetes care well, including medication, monitoring and lifestyle support. You also know how the NHS works in primary and secondary care.
- You are happy to travel regularly, including overnight stays, and to do some out of hours support.
