Are you a passionate and experienced Diabetic Specialist Nurse looking for flexible and rewarding opportunities? We are inviting skilled professionals to join our Healthcare Professionals Network for a series of exciting upcoming projects across the UK.
This is a fantastic chance to contribute your expertise in diabetes care while enjoying the flexibility of remote and face-to-face work on an ad hoc basis. Whether you're looking to supplement your current role or explore new challenges, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality diabetic care and education to patients in various settings.
- Participate in health initiatives, clinics, and patient engagement programs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic patient care.
- Provide remote consultations and support via digital platforms where required.

Requirements
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration.
- Ideally have an up to date DBS and be on the update service (not essential).
- Specialist training or experience in diabetes care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different environments.
- Willingness to travel for face-to-face appointments.
- Full UK driving license and use of a car.
