You'll work across the On Trade, ensuring that Diageo brands are visible, well presented, correctly served and actively supported in pubs, bars and venues across Northern Ireland.
You'll build genuine relationships with customers, understand what matters to their business and use your knowledge of the Diageo portfolio to identify opportunities and deliver solutions.

- Deliver agreed brand activation plans and ensure Diageo brands are brought to life in the best possible way within each outlet.
- Educate customers and venue teams on the correct serve, presentation and quality standards for Diageo brands.
- Help customers develop their sales proposition and maximise opportunities across the Diageo portfolio.
- Drive visibility, Rate of Sale and execution of priority brands within your territory.
- Ensure Diageo brands are positioned and presented to the highest possible standard.
- Support key brand launches, seasonal activity, calendar moments and trade events.
- Engage with consumers where appropriate, creating positive and memorable brand experiences.
- Gather valuable market intelligence and customer feedback and share insights with the Diageo Sales team.
- Identify opportunities and challenges within the marketplace and proactively recommend solutions.
- Complete regular activity reporting and ensure agreed objectives are delivered.
- Work closely with the wider Diageo and CPM teams to deliver excellent results for our customers and clients.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
