About the Role
Zoetis is looking for a Diagnostics Account Manager to support the installation, adoption and utilisation of our VetScan Point of Care analysers, while also supporting our external laboratory business, VPG, now part of Zoetis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who understands veterinary or medical clinical environments and can confidently combine technical knowledge, training expertise and commercial awareness. You will work closely with veterinary practices across your assigned territory, helping them integrate diagnostic solutions into their day-to-day workflows and achieve the greatest value from the Zoetis Diagnostics portfolio.
The Opportunity
Success in this role will be measured by your ability to:
- Provide in-clinic support to veterinary practices, with an emphasis on the implementation, adoption and utilisation of the Zoetis Point of Care Diagnostic offering and UK reference laboratory.
- Deliver a gold-standard onboarding process for new Zoetis Diagnostics customers.
- Build valued relationships within an assigned territory of veterinary clinics, achieving the goals and objectives of both Zoetis and our customers through the application of the Solution Selling model.
- Assist clinics with all aspects of pre- and post-installation training, operation, applications and education.
- Provide remote and on-site problem-solving and issue resolution for customers, working with our home-based technical support teams.
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with colleagues to ensure we deliver value by maximising the complete Zoetis portfolio.

What you’ll bring
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Customer-focused service skills, with the ability to follow processes, make appropriate decisions, prioritise effectively and ensure a high level of follow-through.
- A strong understanding of general medical or veterinary clinic operations, including diagnostic applications, training requirements and workflow processes.
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to others.
- Exceptional IT, written and spoken communication skills.
- Change agility and the confidence to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Commercial acumen.
- Knowledge of diagnostic products, instrumentation and clinic processes.
- Basic knowledge of animal disease states.
- A willingness and commitment to ongoing professional development

Role Requirements
- You must live within the territory (SA, CF, LD, HR, NP, DY, WR or GL postcode)
- Ideally, you will have three years of experience working in a veterinary or medical clinical setting.
