Radiology Directorate Radiographer Opportunity
The Radiology Directorate is looking to recruit a keen, motivated, and enthusiastic Radiographer to join our dedicated team of highly skilled professional Radiographers at Rochdale Infirmary.
Requirements
- You must have a degree or equivalent in Radiography obtained in the United Kingdom and be HCPC registered.
Responsibilities
- You will work as part of the radiography team, providing an efficient and high-quality imaging service, whilst dealing with patients in a caring professional manner.
- You will be expected, over time, to develop skills and experience in a range of areas and will be supported throughout this time by senior radiographers, although immediate supervision may not always be practicable.
Working Hours
- The site operates a shift rota with the earliest start time of 8am and the latest finish time of 12 midnight.
- You will be part of a 6-week rota which includes rotation to Oldham Community Diagnostic Centre (CDC).
Facilities
- Rochdale Infirmary has DR systems in all 3 rooms and at the CDC.
- The departments offer a preceptorship scheme and an induction programme. Role extension is actively encouraged.
