Service Manager – Cardiology
Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Service Manager to join our Cardiology department.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to lead and manage the coordination of Cardiac Physiology services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This role is pivotal in supporting the clinical team by efficiently managing resources and driving operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- To manage and lead the service provision of Cardiac Physiology Services.
- To support the senior clinical and management structure for the Directorate and deputise as required.
- The post holder will be required to support in the planning and delivery of clinical services and ensure achievement of key objectives.
- They will lead on daily operational management for the service and be expected to measure and monitor performance, ensure efficient utilisation of resources and provide effective leadership.
- The post holder will manage the outpatient functions of the service, across elective and non-elective pathways and be responsible for ensuring that patients are treated in line with both Trust and National targets.
