Industry-Leading Bonus Opportunities
Earn extra on every attended hour based on your monthly efficiency:
- 80%+ Efficiency = Diagnostic Technician minimum level bonus criteria additional £1.0 per hour on all hours sold over the 80% rising in increments to £2.0
In addition to the hourly supplement, you'll receive a Time Saved Bonus on hours sold above your relevant efficiency criteria, paid at your normal hourly rate.
Our technicians can earn hundreds of pounds extra every month through the scheme.
Overtime available depending on site and time of year paid at time and a half as a minimum.

The harder you work, the more you benefit.
Holiday pay is based on the greater of:
- Your normal hourly rate plus bonus supplement, or
- Your average bonus earnings over the previous 12 weeks whichever is the greater.
Meaning your bonus earnings continue to work for you.

The Role
At Stellantis &You, our Diagnostic Technicians are the expert problem-solvers in our workshops.
You'll use advanced diagnostic tools and manufacturer systems to identify faults, carry out complex repairs, and ensure vehicles are returned to customers safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle faults
- Carry out complex repairs in line with manufacturer standards
- Use the latest diagnostic equipment and software
- Complete servicing, maintenance, and vehicle health checks
- Support and mentor other technicians when required
- Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and efficiently
- Maintain clear and accurate workshop documentation
- Deliver first-time fixes and outstanding customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Technicians L3 IMI Diagnostic Technicians.
- Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician or Senior Technician
- Strong electrical and fault-finding skills
- Experience using manufacturer diagnostic equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
- Positive team player with a customer-focused approach
- Full UK Driving Licence

A Day in the Life:
“As a Diagnostic technician, you will be an experienced technician but also with the ability and passion for diagnosing trickier problems. You will be there to help out the other technicians on a daily basis when needed, but also the main person responsible for diagnosing faults. You will be using specialist tools to diagnose and repair faults. You’ll work closely with other technicians and the front of house service advisors to explain vehicle issues, as well as planning the correct maintenance and repairs.”
