Diary Manager to Chiefs

As a Diary Manager to Chiefs in the not-for-profit sector, you'll play a key role in keeping the leadership team organised and on track. Based in London, your main focus will be managing diaries, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Description

  • Manage and coordinate diaries for senior leaders, ensuring efficient scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Organise and prioritise tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and schedules run smoothly.
  • Act as the main point of contact for diary-related queries and communications.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to arrange meetings and events.
  • Prepare and distribute relevant materials ahead of meetings.
  • Ensure all diary changes are communicated promptly and effectively.
  • Handle last-minute schedule adjustments with a calm and proactive approach.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Profile

A successful Diary Manager to Chiefs should have:

  • Proven experience in diary management and EA support
  • Experience raising PO's and processing invoices
  • Proficiency in SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite software
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team based environment alongside other EAs
  • A professional and discreet attitude when handling sensitive information.

Job Offer

  • Hourly rate of £18.00 to £23.00, dependent on the level of experience.
