The Role:

  • Service, maintain and repair diesel-powered pump equipment
  • Workshop and field-based role covering the East Midlands
  • Inspect, prepare and test pump hire equipment ready for customer use
  • Attend customer sites to install, service and maintain pumping systems
  • Diagnose mechanical faults and complete repairs
  • Carry out servicing on diesel engines and associated components
  • Full training provided on specialist pump equipment
  • Participate in an on-call rota
  • Derby-based role covering the East Midlands region

The Person:

  • Mechanical engineering or fitting background
  • Experience working on diesel engines, pumps, plant equipment or similar machinery
  • Confident diagnosing mechanical faults and carrying out repairs
  • Looking to develop specialist skills within diesel pump systems
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Commutable to Derby
