Dietary Aide (On-Call) – Skilled Nursing Facility

Starting at $21.23/hour

Pay starts at $21.23 per hour, with opportunities for higher starting wages based on relevant experience.

About the Role

We're seeking an On-Call Dietary Aide to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a team environment, and take pride in creating a welcoming dining experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Why Join Us?

In skilled nursing, every meal is an important part of a resident's day. As a Dietary Aide, you'll help create a positive dining experience while supporting the health and well-being of the people we serve. Your work will have a meaningful impact every single shift.

What "On-Call" Means

This is not a position with a set weekly schedule. Instead, you'll have the opportunity to pick up available shifts as they become available due to vacations, call-offs, increased resident census, or other staffing needs. It's an ideal opportunity for someone looking for flexibility while still being part of a caring and supportive team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
