Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented Dietary Aide to support our kitchen team in delivering quality meals and excellent service to our residents. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient dietary department.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with meal service and tray setup
- Wash dishes and operate dishwashing equipment
- Prepare snacks and nourishments
- Clean kitchen, work surfaces, and equipment
- Sweep and mop floors to maintain sanitation standards
- Monitor and record dishwasher temperatures and sanitation levels
- Properly store food and supplies
- Remove trash and maintain a clean environment
- Support cooks and dietary supervisor as needed
- Follow all food safety and infection control guidelines

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler’s Certificate
- Previous food service or healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Compassion for an underserved population
